Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in McDonald County, Missouri. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
