Great opportunity: safety officer (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Bosque County, Texas. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
