We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Alger County, Michigan. You will work in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
