Bar waiter • Benewah County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Benewah County, Idaho. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
