We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Kalawao County, Hawaii. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
