Vacancy available: restaurant steward (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Claiborne County, Tennessee. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
