Materials handling operator • Tompkins County, New York

Immediate opening: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Tompkins County, New York. The job is in a large warehouse. Day-to-day duties: • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Accurate, careful stock handling Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
