Cake decorator • Winkler County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Winkler County, Texas. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
