We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality checker in Siskiyou County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
