We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Bannock County, Idaho. You will work in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
