We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Ibadan North West, Oyo State. On a typical shift you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
