QC inspector wanted in Ida County

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Ida County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Full-time, day shift.
