Slinger signaller wanted in Hunt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Hunt County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 6+ years on the tools preferred.
