Reinforcement fitter • Florence County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Florence County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates 3+ years on the tools preferred.
