We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Webster Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Overtime paid at a premium rate.
