Great opportunity: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a roadside repair garage. Your main tasks: • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid You should have: • Valid driving licence • Confident using diagnostic scan tools • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance 3+ years on the tools preferred.
