Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Iowa County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
