Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Pike County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
