We are recruiting: we are hiring a bench joiner in Saluda County, South Carolina. You should have: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
