Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Middlesex County, Virginia. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
