Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HGV driver in Imperial County, California. You will be based at a haulage company. The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid digital tachograph card At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
