TIG welder wanted in Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Montgomery County, Maryland. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
