Catering cook — Teton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Teton County, Montana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
