Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Marlboro County, South Carolina. The job is on a residential tower site. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
