Automotive electrical technician — Western Connecticut Planning Region

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive electrical technician in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work at a car service garage. Ideal candidate: • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Own basic hand tools preferred Day to day you will replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches; solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; programme keys and reset immobilisers; repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms; service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors. 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
