Steam press operator wanted in Wheeler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steam press operator in Wheeler County, Nebraska. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Day to day you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
