Concrete placer wanted in Tulare County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Tulare County, California. Day to day you will load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
