Now hiring: gypsum plasterer (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Towns County, Georgia. You will work on a busy domestic building site. The role involves apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. You should have: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Part-time with flexible hours.
