Day to day you will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub. Requirements: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
