Oven operator • Tafawa-Balewa, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Tafawa-Balewa, Bauchi State. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
