Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Nasarawa Egon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade The role involves set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
