Garment machinist • Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a garment machinist in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Pay around £115 per day, based on your experience.
