MIG/MAG welder • Borough of Stockport, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Borough of Stockport, England. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Full-time with occasional weekends.
