Powder spray gun operator • Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
