Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing technician in Cortland County, New York. You will be based on re-roofing and repair jobs. What we are looking for: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience On a typical shift you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
