You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
