Gas installation technician — Valencia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 1+ years on the tools preferred.
