We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Whitman County, Washington. You will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Six days a week, one day off.
