Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Lafayette County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
