Port container crane operator wanted in Van Buren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Van Buren County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
