Gas commissioning technician • Putnam County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Putnam County, Georgia. The job is in a gas distribution network. Day-to-day duties: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
