Landscape gardener — Saint Lucie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Saint Lucie County, Florida. The job is in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
