The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
