Lift erector — Lipscomb County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will be based in a residential tower block. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Your main tasks: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
