Urgent requirement: sand plant operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Hayes County, Nebraska. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards You will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
