Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Brookings County, South Dakota. You will work in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Meals and transport allowance provided.
