Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Medina County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
