On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
