Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Gilpin County, Colorado. The job is at an automobile body shop. You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
