Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Somerset County, New Jersey. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
